Eaves Trough
The most common name for an eaves trough is "gutter".
Gutters got this name basically because they look like a trough, and they are set up on the
eaves to catch rain water as it pours from the roof.
Gutters are not terribly expensive, as they are most often made of aluminum, and help redirect
rain to one end of the house. This helps stop settling next to your foundation, and helps stop
the rain from creating little gravel lines along your house.
We do stock a limited amount of gutter made of fir. Primarily we stock aluminum and vinyl
gutter systems. Each has its advantages and disadvantages, and both are weather resistant.
