T-drip is another name for drip edge. It is a kind of flashing for the edges of a roof. It covers the edges so that water shedding from the roof does not hit the end grain of the roof deck and gradually soak the wood. This soaking would eventually weaken the roof. T-Drip helps to seal the water away by giving it a place to go - right around the wood. |
