Door Handing

Door handing is the way to describe how a door swings open. This is an important detail to know when you order a door. There are a few different ways to determine how your door swings.

Method 1: Put your back to the hinges while the door is open. If the door is on your left side, it is a left hand door. If it is on your right, it is a right handed door. Method 2: When you push open the door, what side is the door on? If it is on the right, it is a right hand door, if on the left, it's a left hand door.
