We are an Andersen Windows Dealer
Service Network Provider
Howe Lumber has a factory-trained service tech on
staff to provide after-the-sale service through
Andersen Windows' Dealer Service Network (DSN).
Our services include:
- Seven-day resolution of service issue (if service work
is held up due to service material delay we will try to
complete it within two days following receipt of the material)
- Expedited replacement parts
- Labor included sash or panel replacement within
the first two years
Our DSN program and the Andersen Windows warranty does not cover problems caused by improper installation. We cover all Andersen products regardless of where they were purchased. Please contact us for more information.
